About the Album Artists.

Robert Bocchino – Vocalist.  In the mid 1990’s I performed to acclaim in several restaurant venues including the former Oaks in New York’s Greenwich Village while studying acting and musical theater at HB Studios. My creative background extends to narration and voice acting in addition to singing. I am equally at home with light classical and folk music as well as the popular standards. I recently sang first tenor with the New Jersey Master Chorale. I have now completed Songs to Remember Vol. II the second in a set of twenty eight songs of lasting popularity that comprises Robert Bocchino’s Songs to Remember Project.             

David Brunetti--Music Director and Accompanist. David while based in New York is internationally known as a foremost authority on the technique of acting the text of a song in addition to mastering the music. He recently published a practical guide that explains his technique called Acting Songs. David regularly conducts master classes in New York, London, Sweden, Denmark and Florida State University. He has served as vocal coach, music director, and accompanist for Judy Collins, Jennifer Holliday, Eartha Kitt, and Leslie Uggams.

Steve LaSpina – Bass.. Steve is a prominent bassist in the New York area and nationally He has played and recorded with many great musicians in jazz history. A respected faculty member of William Paterson University since 1999, Steve previously taught at New York University. Steve shows great dedication as a composer of both jazz and classical music. He was awarded a Jazz Fellowship by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts for performance and composition. He has recorded over 75 original tunes on the Steeplechase and Ram record labels.

Bob EinfrankGuitar. Bob has been amazing audiences with his 7 string guitar playing for some time. He is equally comfortable playing tunes by Jerome Kern and Cole Porter as he is playing tunes by The Beatles and contemporary pop artists. Bob studied guitar with the legendary Jazz guitarist, Billy Bauer, and with studio guitarist Carmine DiMico.   Bob has performed with a diverse range of musicians, including Dionne Warwick, country/pop icon Anne Murray, folk artists Richie Havens and Tom Chapin. He frequently collaborates with David Brunetti and Steve LaSpina.

Frank Piazza – Audio Engineer. Frank is the multi talented owner of Audio Paint Ltd. a recording studio in New York City’s Upper West Side. As a music composer and producer, Frank’s work can be heard on radio, television, film, and the internet. As a commercial producer, Frank has directed numerous television, radio, and corporate spots. As a music composer he has created original music for film, television, and the internet.

Charles A MartinezMusic Producer/Audio Engineer. Charles was the audio engineer for Songs to Remember Vol. II. Charlie" is a gifted engineer who has worked with many notable names in the music industry (in fact, too many to mention!). During the past two years he has been touring the world as the FOH engineer for Steeley Dan. Easy-going, smart, creative and accomplished. His instincts and decisions are rooted in his solid, recording experiences.
